About the Role:
Complete Office Installation LLC is looking for a skilled Office Furniture Installer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN! This is a hands-on role where you'll help transform workspaces by assembling and installing commercial office furniture for a variety of clients. If you enjoy physical work, problem-solving, and taking pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and reconfigure commercial office furniture including workstations, cubicles, desks, and seating
- Read and interpret furniture installation blueprints, schematics, and floor plans
- Transport, stage, and deliver furniture components to job sites safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure installations meet specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure completed installations are level, secure, and client-ready
- Disassemble and decommission existing furniture systems as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project
Requirements:
- Prior experience in office furniture installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to read floor plans, assembly instructions, and installation diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on large-scale installations
